I particularly like the look on the cat’s face in the “Step 1” photos of the last two procedures. “Ohshit ohshit ohshit…” “my eyeballs are being squeezed out.  please to be stopping!” I’ve never tried grabbing the underside of the neck.  For most procedures, burrito wrapping (with a thick towel) is preferred, for lesser procedures, holding by the scruff of the neck works much better.
