Look - bar fights, fights in the street - all wrong and indefensible - regardless of gender. Victim blaming is entirely separate (and usually has different offenders), and should be redressed under the sexist terms in which it occurs - that is where agency is removed.

As far as answering the original question, sans context:

As has been discussed before on this blog, the only place that comes to mind is - in the pit. Being protective in that context does remove agency.

Back to the context - people who get in fights in public, regardless of gender, all deserve their agency removed by legal means.
