Pro-tips for grocery shopping on foot/bus

  • grandma carts are not just for little old ladies, they’re for everybody.  they still look desperately uncool, but less uncool that spilled groceries
  • bring your own bags.  a fuckoff huge backpack is best, but those reusable grocery bags will actually carry a lot more than their disposable cousins
  • take a bike.  one of those racks on your back fender + bungie cords + milk crate = the ability to buy detergent, cat litter, 12 packs, etc.
